Optimal mapping through 2D/3D planning software
With the pep EVENT planning software, we optimally map your object using the "setting instead of drawing" principle. From the extensive symbol libraries, the equipment items are transferred to the floor plan with pinpoint accuracy. In addition to the standard functions of conventional CAD systems such as drawing functions, precise dimensioning or distance and circumference measurement, it is above all the industry-specific functions such as automated floor plan planning, creation of variants, coverage calculation, area management, placement as well as the tent and room module that provide us with significant added value in the precise planning of your object. You thus receive an extremely detailed plan on the basis of which you can imagine your object in the desired use much better.
Wander through live virtual event worlds
See your event before it actually takes place. With the pep PRESENTER software, we are able to present your tent solution or room concept realistically. This creates an impressive live atmosphere that alternatives such as videos, photos or PDFs cannot offer you.
How does it work? Based on the planning data from the pep EVENT planning software, pep PRESENTER gives you access to the virtual world. You can move around completely freely in your object, which has already been branded according to your wishes, enter stages and walk through elements. Get a unique view of your tent or room from Fetscher Zelte GmbH and thus achieve a final product of which you are 100 % convinced.
Production
What sets us apart as a high-quality tent rental and tent sales company is our expertise in manufacturing individual tent and room solutions. The basis for this is our in-house metalworking, manufacture of tent constructions and fabrication of tarpaulins. You too can benefit from this.
Tarpaulin confection
The PVC fabrics used for the tarpaulins are translucent and coated with high-quality acrylic lacquer. In addition, our tarpaulin quality sample shows the flame resistance of the fabrics according to DIN 4102, B1.
Our tarpaulin portfolio:
- Roof tarpaulins with piping on the sides and expander bracing or fixed bracing in the eaves area.
- Overlap with Velcro, overhang curved or straight
- Gable tarpaulins with piping at the top, divided in the middle with eyelets / loop or zip fastener
- Gable and side curtains with piping on the sides, divided in the middle with eyelets / loop or zip fastener
- Bottom edge with hemstitch for foot rail, including fastening strap for tying back

We at Fetscher Zelte GmbH offer you not only our high-quality tent constructions and room solutions for rent and purchase, but also professional advice and planning as well as design, production and assembly of all locksmith and steel construction work in the best execution and quality. The focus is clearly on expert advice and the implementation of your wishes to your complete satisfaction. To this end, we manufacture steel constructions, load-bearing components and building kits for both the private and commercial sectors in accordance with static requirements. From welded steel constructions to small steel components such as stairs and hall extensions to the production of sheet metal parts, welding and soldering work as well as flame cutting, nothing is impossible for our locksmith experts.

Transport logistics
From storage to transport: With our own fleet of vehicles, every working route is effectively organised so that we can ensure that all items arrive at your venue on time and in perfect condition. With our smart transport system, you always keep track of everything, even under great time pressure.
We will gladly take over the delivery and collection to or from the kerbside. The calculation of the costs is based on the distance to your event location and the load volume. At the applicable hourly rate per person/hour plus statutory VAT, our qualified event specialists will also take over any set-up and dismantling work as well as the collection of rented items.
Cleaning
If you want to inspire your guests with an event, you have to convince them from the very first moment. Cleanliness and tidiness are essential for this. That is why cleaning is one of our services.
Tarpaulin washing system
We have the most modern tarpaulin washing plant in Europe. Thanks to various programme types and washing cycles, almost every tarpaulin can be washed fully automatically. Depending on how dirty they are, the tarpaulins are sprayed with finely atomised cleaning agent and pulled into the washing chamber after a reaction time. After washing, each tarpaulin is provided with an evaluation report. At the customer's request, we can also repair damaged tarpaulins and make new ones.
Laundry service
In our in-house laundry, we clean everything from the work clothes of seasonal staff to all kinds of tent decorations and table linen in our industrial machines. The laundry is integrated into our "... special rental service" division and has large capacities to accept goods from the hotel and catering sector. Our modern machinery guarantees environmentally friendly and economical cleaning solutions thanks to green electricity, energy and water-saving machines, environmentally friendly detergents and water treatment using modern filter systems and washing processes.

Scullery
All items that leave our premises for our special hire service are subject to strict quality control. A well thought-out system in the rinsing line guarantees compliance with the highest hygiene standards. After cleaning, the items are hygienically packed in transport containers or racks, either sealed with specially hygienic packaging materials or shrink-wrapped with special film and delivered.
To meet these highest standards, our special hire service has a KTS 280 dishwashing line. This dishwasher has a washing capacity of 220 baskets per hour - this corresponds to up to 4860 plates per hour, for example. With this high-tech dishwasher, we are able to clean glasses of all types and shapes, cutlery, porcelain dishes and any stainless steel products perfectly.
